📦 Shipping Policy

Moroccan Essentials

Thank you for shopping with us. Each order is lovingly packed with care and intention.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. We will then contact you via email with shipping details to let you know when your order will be shipped with a tracking number.

Please note: As a small, artisan business, we do not operate on standard delivery timeframes, this allows us to prepare and ship each order with attention and care.

UK Shipping

We ship using Royal Mail Tracked Services. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

If delivery is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collect from the local sorting office. We are not responsible for unclaimed parcels that are returned or lost if no return address was provided.

International Orders

We currently ship to select international countries. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not liable for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses or uncollected packages.

Refunds & Returns 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Moroccan Essentials. If you change your mind or need to make a return, here’s how we can help:

 

 

• Changed Your Mind? If you decide to cancel your order before it’s shipped, we’re happy to process a refund. Please note, a 15% administration fee will be deducted to cover payment processing and handling costs.

 

• Returning Your Order: We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once we’ve received and checked the items, we’ll process your refund (minus original shipping costs).

 

• Shipping Costs: We’re unable to refund the original shipping fee, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

 

• Damaged or Wrong Items: If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order (with photos) and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund for you.
