E- Gift Voucher Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. The full value of your voucher can always be redeemed towards products or treatments at Moroccan Essentials, online.

• How to Redeem: Vouchers may be used as full or part payment. If your order is less than the voucher value, the balance will remain available for future use. If your order is more, you can simply pay the difference.

• Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We encourage you to redeem them within this period.

• Flexibility: We want you to enjoy the full value of your gift voucher. If you are unable to use it yourself, you may transfer it to a friend or family member with no additional fees.
