Before Booking

Please  book 30 days after your last vaccination, notify our receptionist prior to booking your session if you had any major surgery in the last 3 months, have high blood pressure, if you are pregnant any medical conditions, physical illness, disabilities or allergies.

On Arrival

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment, to allow time to register, change in  your hammam attire and to begin your session on time, lateness will be carried into your appointment time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late your session will be cancelled.

 

Hammam Attire

Bathrobes & slippers are provided with all appointments, Moroccan Essentials Hammam products are available for purchase at reception if you wanted to use during your thermal session. Please bring your own shampoo & Conditioner and bring swimwear or undergarments for the hammam if you do not want to bath naked.

 

Moroccan Essentials policies

We value all our customers equally and are against any form of discrimination. 

In line with Government guidelines, we cannot legally ask you to wear a mask or see an exemption card. Therefore if we see you without a mask we will assume you are exempt and you are welcome to our Hammam.

We ask that you turn off your mobile phone for the privacy of other guest, unless you have hired out the Hammam for your event.

Moroccan Essentials cannot accept liability or responsibility for any injuries, and loss/damage of personal items within the premises. The recipient acknowledges upon booking that this term is binding and accepted. The customer acknowledges that it is their duty to notify the spa of any health conditions that may be affected by any of the spa treatments prior to booking.

Downgrading a treatment will need to be sent in writing via email 48 hours before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your booking or rebook - please send us an EMAIL 48 hours prior your booking date , failure to comply will result in loss of payment/deposit or voucher and appointment if you do not turn up.

 

Rebooking 

You will need to rebook your appointment within 3 months from the original booking date, rebooking after the 3 month period will not be accepted and the appointment will be cancelled

We can only rebook your appointment 48 hours before your appointment.

Lateness

We do no accept lateness at our hammam, as this we affect the other bookings on the day and add pressure on staff.

We will not accept any responsibility for your lateness no matter the circumstance, we will not take the burden of your lateness, even if you call and leave a massage. Please be kind to our staff, we will not tolerate anything else.

We do not and will not rebook your appointment if you turn up more then 15 minutes late to your appointment. 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we will not carry out your treatment.

Refunds

10% admin charge (of the booking amount) will be applied to all refunds.

A 100% charge will be applied for appointments not cancelled 48 hours before your appointment, please notify us by asap email @spa@moroccanessentials.co.uk to avoid disappointment.

Missed appointments will be charged at 100%.

 

ALL promotional codes, discounts and offers  cannot be applied after bookings have been made.

Refunds will not be honoured for any discounts offers, Refunds for any promotions will not be honoured after booking or purchase has been made. Refunds will not be honoured for any discounts offers including within 48 hours of purchase.

 

 

Coronavirus Disclaimer

Should we enter into a national lockdown against visiting health spas and wellness centres, we can move your appointment to a future date when possible.

 

The spa is taking the highest precautions to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for its customers and staff. Moroccan Essentials cannot and will not, accept any liability for any coronavirus related matters. The greatest efforts are being put forward by the hammam to prevent spread of the virus, however it’s not a liability that the hammam will take on board due to the nature and nearby impossible traceability.

If you are feeling unwell, have a high temperature, a runny nose, cold like symptoms a cough of any sort or loss of taste or smell, we kindly request that you refrain from visiting the hammam until you have recovered.
