1 Day Inner World Wellness Retreat

Service Description

Our First Women Retreat at the hammam 5 hours of self discovery and inner connection. Includes: A Women Circle Mediation Steaming the Body and Hammam rituals for cleansing the body (self-admin treatment) Letting go rituals that have been passed down by indigenous Moroccan ancestors a practices not been shared before. 20 minute soap Massage by our therapist Light Snacks/ finger food, Fruits Moroccan Tea A goodie bag to take home. Our women retreat holds a sacred space, a beautiful addition to our hammam, hosted by our Founder Cher she will be holding the space created by circles, where we share our wisdom, includes a powerful quantum guided grounding meditation, connect back to our body, y our soul, your higher self, heart and womb, a space to be witnessed, held and heard and to embody your power. A hammam treatment is a spiritual practice of oneself letting go of old energy stuck in the body, scrubbing away dead stagnant energy that no longer serves you. Join us to use this time to ground your energy, connecting you back to your inner self embracing growth and awakening - connecting to your highest self. What a better way to ground your energy with a 20 minute soap massage with our native Orange Flower Blossom Soap which is used to ground a calm the mind and and untie some knots from you body from our therapist. 19th October Starts at 11:30am Finishes at 4:30pm Please arrive 15 minutes early We have Limited our place for 10 women.
